A North Manchester law firm is currently seeking a PI Portal Fee Earner to join its team, focusing on Personal Injury cases. The successful candidate will handle cases on both the MOJ and OIC portals, with the opportunity to take ownership of their own caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of Personal Injury cases on the MOJ and OIC portals.
- Taking ownership of their own caseload.
- Assisting with more complex cases.
- Working collaboratively with the team to provide excellent client care.
- Conducting legal research and providing advice on case matters.
Requirements:
- Experience with RTA files.
- Good IT skills, specifically experience with Proclaim.
- Excellent client care skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
