Murray McIntosh is currently working with a leading engineering and maintenance provider who are seeking a Subcontracts Manager to join the team on a permanent basis as detailed below:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the current team of Subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are completed to expected levels, on time and on budget
  • Reviewing progress and approving risk management recommendations
  • Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met working with the wider SHEQ team

Requirements:

  • Effective experience in change management
  • A proven track record delivering projects with Subcontractors/ Supplier Network
  • Strong technical experience in Automations and Controls or similar engineering disciplines
  • NEC Contractual awareness
  • Willing to travel to client sites as and when required
  • A good commercial acumen, managing technical, cost, schedule, and contract baselines.
