Job Description:

To develop and specify project outputs aligned to client requirements and briefsAssist in the pricing and developing project estimates in line with specificationsDeliver small to mid scale projects unassisted, including full project management including contract administration duties for the contractorCollaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present them to upper-level management before starting the projectTo be able to efficiently procure goods and services for a variety of projectsTo be comfortable working with both internal and external resources as requiredTo ensure all projects are delivered to the right cost and quality meeting the programmeTo ensure technical standards and statutory compliance for the projects deliveredWork with the project managers and the wider team to manage large fit outs and ensure a smooth handover to customersAssist in the evaluation of development schemes, conduct research and present the information to allow informed decisions to be made
