The Construction Project Manager Role
As the Construction Project Manager, you'll be joining a vibrant team of professionals known for their collaborative and innovative approach. You'll manage an impressive portfolio of projects, including heritage restorations, new residential developments, commercial properties, and educational facilities, with project values reaching up to 200 million.
You'll have the opportunity to work across all RIBA stages and take a leading role in delivering high-profile projects. The Construction Project Manager
The successful Construction Project Manager will have:
- A Construction Project Management experience within a UK Consultancy
- Ideally chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, or working towards chartership.
- Ability to work independently as a project lead but also collaboratively within a team
- Confident across all RIBA stages
- Previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
