Divisional Manager Recruitment - Blue CollarOffice-Based Position

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm
  • Friday: 8 am - 3:30 pm
  • (Incentives available for a 4-day week)

  • We currently possess a vast database in construction and civil engineering that hasn't been utilized for contracts.
  • Develop a comprehensive 12-month plan to establish a contract/temporary desk.
  • Secure new clients, facilitate candidate placements, and cultivate a robust contract desk.
  • We are fully prepared to make substantial investments in the right candidate, making rapid team expansion achievable.
  • Take on the role of managing, mentoring, and training new staff members.
