Halecroft Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a Project/Deployment Manager to oversee a vital deployment project for our client. This initially is a maternity cover role offering the potential for a permanent position, focusing on refreshing IT hardware across sites nationwide.
Responsibilities:- Manage the project from initiation to completion
- Create and send communications regarding install dates
- Order necessary equipment through online portals
- Maintain spreadsheets to track project progress
- Generate weekly and monthly reports
- Attend daily calls to review installation updates
- Schedule engineers and provide daily updates
- Track issues through a RAID log, updating regularly
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Deployment Manager
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
- Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with administrative support
- Experience managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with IT hardware deployment preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- Happy to consider candidates open to either a contract or permanent position
Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri (Office based in Altrincham)
Salary: Circa £40,000
