Title: Property Finance Administrator
Salary: £25k - 32k basic (depending on experience)
Location: Remote
They are a small but thriving brokerage based in the North West, who deal with high end clients, commercial business, business owners. The firm have excellent customer reviews and provide only the best service to their clients, taking pride in their personal and dynamic approach.
The company do not work on too many 'vanilla' mortgages. They work on commercial, limited company and complex mortgages. Experience in this is going to be an advantage.
The role has many layers and you will effectively be a mortgage paraplanner. More details will be provided on the client's full job spec, that we can send over to any candidate that matches the requirements. You will have some PA duties and the scope for progression is also very much available.
Higher salary for people with experience dealing with commercial mortgages, development finance, bridging loans, and property finance. However, the lower salary is there as they are open on experience, and if somebody has the right skills, attitude and initiative, then they can train you up!
Property Finance Administrator Responsibilities;
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as keeping track of personal and business email accounts and diaries.
- Manage communications and correspondence on the employer's behalf, including writing letters, emails, and other documents.
- Maintain and arrange records and documents across several platforms in a compliant manner.
- Perform research and collect data.
- Communicate with both new and current customers via phone and email, scheduling appointments, and serving as the initial point of contact for all incoming correspondence to the company.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, insurance providers, and other vendors, handling daily enquiries and information requests, some of which may be complicated.
- Oversee the client journey from start to finish.
Experience Needed to Become a Property Finance Administrator;
- Background in finance, admin or property is ideal
- CeMAP is a bonus, but not necessary
- Must be tenacious and able to adapt to change
