I'm excited to be representing my award-winning client who, due to expansion, is looking to recruit a Legal Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main Function of the Position:

The role of Legal Assistant is essential to ensuring smooth operations within the Residential Property team. You'll take on a variety of responsibilities that directly contribute to delivering a high-quality service to clients and supporting the growth and efficiency of the department. Working alongside the Partner/Head of Residential Property, you’ll help maintain an organised and well-functioning team.

  • Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 DOE

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handling post-completion tasks, including HMLR registrations and requisitions.

  • Submitting Stamp Duty Returns.

  • Managing communication with estate agents, lenders, and clients.

  • Preparing redemption figures and sale contract packs.

  • Supporting clients with contract reviews and signing preparation.

  • Performing searches and assisting with lender panel compliance.
