Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a high-volume caseload of 50-60 files, focusing on new-build properties
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders via phone, email and in-person meetings
  • Ensure all necessary documentation, such as IDs, mortgage offers and property searches are obtained and well-organised
  • Prepare completion packs with bills and statements for the accounts department
  • Utilise our case management system (Proclaim) to streamline workflows and ensure efficient document management

What are we looking for?

  • Prior experience in conveyancing or a similar legal role is preferred
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload
  • Experience in new-build or shared ownership cases is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency with case management systems, ideally Proclaim
  • Strong communication skills for maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
