The firm takes pride in offering exceptional legal services, putting people first – clients, colleagues, and the wider community.The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly regarded Private Client team, working closely with senior lawyers, including a Partner and Legal Director. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring clients receive outstanding service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with Wills, Trusts & Probate matters, including drafting Wills and estate administration
  • Managing client correspondence and liaising with third parties
  • Preparing legal documents and handling compliance and billing
  • Conducting legal research and supporting senior colleagues on complex cases
  • Diary management, filing, and general administrative duties

  • Previous experience in a Paralegal or Legal Secretary role within Wills, Trusts & Probate
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
  • A client-focused approach and ability to build relationships
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to develop professionally
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or complex estates (desirable)
