Service Manager - Plant Equipment
Location: South Manchester & Surrounding Area
Salary: Up to £45k Basic (DOE), + Bonus (% of Net Profit) + great benefits listed below:

Our Client is a market-leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are looking for candidates who could be from the following industries with solid transferable skills:
- Agricultural Machinery, Heavy Plant, Cranes or Powered Access
- HGV or Municipal Vehicles,
- Forklift Trucks
- Generators
You’ll receive first class training to enable you to do your job well. You will look after 6 Engineers in your region. Things you’ll be doing include:
- Hire, Train and Mentor your team
- Budget control and efficiencies
- Organise Engineer training including Toolbox Talks
- Communicate with Customers
- Handle escalations from Service Control
- Support the Sales team
There are a couple of things you’ll need to have for this role:
- Full UK driving licence
- Either looking for your next move into Management
- Previously a Service Controller, Teal Leader/ Leading Hand or Workshop Controller
- Good relationship-building with Engineers.
- A Can-Do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- An excellent Client-focused approach to your work.
