Desired Candidate: Must come from a commercial background and have 4+ Years at Site supervisor / Site manager level specialising in Commercial fit outs (CAT A/B)
the Company
Our client is a leader in commercial fit-out projects, specialising in high-quality Cat A and Cat B refurbishments. Renowned for creating bespoke environments, they are seeking a skilled Site manager to oversee Schemes ranging from 200k - 5 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial fit out knowledge imperative - CAT A/B Fit outs
- Available to work away (projects will be in Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester)
- Liaise with the Project Manager / Contractor / Client
- Lead the day-to-day running of site activities
- Read drawings
- Update and check against the construction Programme
- Preparation of site documents such as work orders and purchase orders etc.
- Responsible for the successful completion and handover of sections of work on site
- Ensuring quality standards are achieved implementing inspection and test plans.
- Time management
- Communicate effectively with the client and Subcontractors
Required Certificates:
CSCS Black, White or Gold, SMSTS, 1st aid, Asbestos awareness,
Salary Banding: 45k - 52k plus Holidays, Car allowance and Pension.
