Are you a Production Manager with a background in metal casting / fabrication looking for a varied and autonomous role within in a well-established company where you will be offered private healthcare, a 1pm finish on a Friday and autonomy to make the role your own?

You will be responsible for leading the production team within the foundry. This will involve driving efficiency of production processes, people management, working with the quality team and ensuring a good flow of goods in and out.
This role would suit a Production Manager from a metal fabrication background looking to step up into a senior leadership role which will offer you autonomy and an early finish on a Friday.
