Office Manager
Location: Altrincham Area (Free Parking)
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours (35-hour week) Office Based.


This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company who are leaders within their field. The company have a supportive work culture and are seeking a proactive, organised Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is key in ensuring the office runs smoothly and is inviting for all customers and employees.

You will have the experience to be able to work autonomously, managing upwards as well as developing and supporting direct reports and the ability to multi task across multiple projects and duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing all office suppliers, office policies and procedures.
  • Supporting Office Staff in areas of weekly invoicing.
  • Supporting the Accounts department daily.
  • Managing credit control processes.
  • Managing and supporting Reception.
  • Organising office equipment and helping new starters with IT support.
  • Supporting Operations Directors
  • Supporting Management in admin work related tasks.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous office management experience is essential.
  • Have experience leading small-scale events and projects.
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Basic knowledge of finance procedures.
  • Previous management experience either direct reports or managing a project.
