What an amazing opportunity this role is. I met with my client in their new offices this morning, the vibe and the culture is unmatched! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the whole team and made to feel welcome and I can see someone fitting in here so well.

They are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team and support them with the day to day running of the office, where your opinion will be valued and you can really take control. You will be given the opportunity to put your own personal touch into the business by implementing new policies and procedures.

You would be working closely with the Directors, responsible for managing a team of 7 people, providing them with leadership and setting out the expectations for the whole business. Holding monthly 1:1 meeting with your team to track their progression and finding ways to improve their performance.

It will be your responsibility to drive your team and ensure that they are preforming to the best of their ability, this means booking regular training courses, assessing the current systems and making sure that they are right for the business and that they are cost effective and even taking part in the recruitment of new team members.

This is perfect for somebody with experience in a similar role looking to grow with the company and gain experience on the operational side of the business, progressing into an operational role.
