About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring new build affordable homes from National and Regional Housebuilders.

Responsibilities of Acquisition Manager:

  • Sourcing and Negotiation of suitable land and property, on and off market
  • Providing Valuations, strategy reports and working with Joint venture partners
  • Assist with Planning application to keep project on schedule, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Providing Valuations, strategy reports and working with Joint venture partners
  • Collaborate with finance team, to oversee contractor payments and budget management.

Requirements of Acquisition Manager:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Residential acquisitions of Land or Property sales
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with Senior management teams
  • Track record in supported housing or similar would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
