TSR are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join our client, a leading UK Housebuilder based in Altrincham. This role is on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis, with potential to go permanent.
You will be responsible for managing the flow of design information and managing the design input of specialist subcontractors.
As Technical Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Controlling the flow of design information
- Coordinating the design team
- Managing the design process during construction process
- Processing design information and maintaining drawing registers.
- Providing technical advice as necessary
- Reviewing design and specifications for alternatives to provides added value.
- Monitoring release of design information against agreed programmes
- Managing design interface between packages
- Producing weekly design reports
- Attending contract launch meetings.
As Technical Coordinator you have:
- Managed projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Worked for a Housebuilder
- Possess architectural experience
