Quantity Surveyor:
Will be involved in full scope of project Preconstruction into Completion - Jobs ranging from £50k - £10 million. Work is heavily leant towards fit outs of commercial buildings predominantly around NW.
Experience wanted:
5+ Years as A Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Background preferred.
Pre-Construction:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
- Support in tender documentation and contractor selection.
Construction Phase:
- Monitor and report on project costs, tracking against the budget.
- Assist with processing payments to contractors and suppliers.
Post-Construction:
- Help in preparing final accounts, reconciling costs against the budget.
- Contribute to the project close-out, including cost reports and handover documentation
This is a Permanent Position paying between £60,000 - £70,000 + Package
