Stores and Materials Supervisor

We at Interaction are working with a well-established client based in East Peterborough Close to the A1

They are a leading provider within their industry offering end to end solutions. They cater to a wide range of sectors, Automotive, Communication, EV and Bespoke services.

They are looking for a new team member to join who has managed or supervised a Stores department.

This integral role for the business looks after the Goods in and Out areas.

Looking after the Stores area, dealing with stock levels, for Goods in and out, understanding of minimum and maximum stock levels, ensuring stock rotation and shelf life expiration are adhered too.

Supporting the production department with their schedule as they require stock in and items to be dispatched.

Another element with this role is putting together orders for kits supporting the cutting machines and software required to use the kits. Being able to read technical information. To ensure completed kits are in the correct operational area when required.

This role is a very busy one with no two days being the same, while always providing a "right first time" approached to everyone in the business, the supply chain and partners associated with the business.

If you have a FLT this could be an advantage, you will need to have a methodical and excellent eye for detail, with strong IT skills, having strong written and verbal skills will be needed in this role.

The role is 8.00-16.30 Mon to Fri with overtime available when the business needs at time and half

£13.50 per hour approx. £30,000 PA
