Restaurant Manager Ideal Profile:

• Extensive experience managing at least 3 AA Rosette or Michelin Star establishments, preferably within a luxury setting
• A strong academic background in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
• Exceptional ability to anticipate and fulfil guests' needs
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing a team
• Competency in financial management
• Capable of managing multiple tasks

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all services meet the high standards expected in a luxury environment
• Actively engage with guests to collect feedback
• Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to develop and update menus
• Manage the restaurant's budget, control inventory, and analyse financial
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the restaurant's image
