The role
As a Restaurant manager you will run the F&B operation with the main focused being within the Restaurant. You will ensure the Restaurant is ready for service, ensure the tables look amazing, manage the stock levels, manage the team, train the team, do the rotas, meet and great customers, ensure any customer requests are dealt with. This role covers F&B and covers all the normal Restaurant manager duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Restaurant manager or F&B manager with a fine dining background ideally within rosette or michelin Restaurant. You must have a good knowledge of food, wines and service standards.
