Store Manager Responsibilities:
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to consistently deliver customer service excellence

  • Drive retail performance through strong sales leadership and operational excellence

  • Take full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, stock control, and audit procedures

  • Keep the team engaged with technical product knowledge to enhance customer experience

  • Oversee visual merchandising to showcase the brand's products and create an inviting store environment

  • Recruit, train, and develop your team, ensuring a high-performance culture

  • Report directly to the Area Manager on performance, sales trends, and team management

Experience & Qualifications:
  • A passion for the outdoors and an interest in outdoor products

  • Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse retail trends, sales, and competitor activity

  • Track record of driving sales, managing KPIs, and improving store performance

  • Experience with P&L responsibility, recruitment & training, and visual merchandising

  • Fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential - we value passion and leadership
