Our client based in Amersham are currently recruiting for a part time office administrator to work with them on a temporary basis initially with a view to go permanent.

You will be required to work 18 hours per week Monday to Friday. There is on-site parking available.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide high level administration support to the team
  • Managing calendars and appointments
  • Handle phone calls and communications professionally
  • Filing, data entry and document preparation
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Assist in preparation of reports, presentations and financial data
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Utilise Google Suite for document management

Skills required

  • Strong organiser
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and Google suite
  • Previous administration experience
