Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Person or Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving thebusiness forward by engaging with architects, contractors, and end clients to sell our cutting-edge architectural glazing solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in A&D Sales with the ambition to advance to Sales Manager and eventually Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and end clients to promote and sell our Architectural glazing products.

  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our market presence.

  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are executed smoothly.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations to identify new business opportunities.

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years ofexperience in A&D Sales, with a strong preference for experience in architectural glazing.

  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful client relationships.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of glazing products, materials, and installation processes.
