As an integral part of the UK Office team; the Customer Support Administrator will dedicate their time with the Customer Service team as well as also carrying out some Marketing Co ordination for the Field Team and UK Clients.
The position requires an excellent telephone manner, methodical approach, conscientious mind-set, and hardworking attitude. The right candidate must be reliable and flexible, as well as adaptable to a wide range of activities and responsibilities.
Experience Requirements
路 Positive attitude, proactive team player
路 Experience in customer liaising within a Sales focused environment
路 Must be a very organised and hardworking individual
路 No previous trade marketing experience necessary, however needs to be willing to learn
路 Microsoft Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
路 Familiar with SAP or similar software management processes would be a plus
路 Ability to take ownership of given projects
路 Would be helpful if applicants have experience as a directors assistant or admin type role
Customer Service and Marketing Administration
路 Answering inbound telephone calls & filtering enquires to the relevant department
路 Create new accounts on SAP and linking new orders upon receipt of new credit application forms.
路 Provide Support to our Field Based Sales Agents
路 Replying to customers correspondence by phone, email
路 General Office administration
路 Organising digital marketing materials needed for Sales Teams and UK independent and Key accounts. Working with a local graphic designer, creating some materials for agents needs, imagery for email campaigns, and promotions.
路 Organising and sharing new campaign images/videos, new promotions, to Sales teams, selected UK accounts and Trade press.
路 Update seasonal campaign image assets of all marketing material, company stationary such as email footers, brand books etc.
路 Liaising with Brand and marketing teams based at our head office in Itay.
路 Provide Support of any Ad Hoc tasks.
General Duties
路 Processing customer returns
路 Accept and Post out new orders to independent customers
路 Support internal Team members with daily duties when required.
