Senior Customer Service Representative -Buckinghamshire - c30k - 35k + Bonus

Experience Required:

  • A strong background in customer services, preferably working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to build and development customer relationships.
  • The ability to solve customer problems and queries quickly and effectively.
  • Experience of working on multiple task and training junior members of the team

Role & Responsibilities:

  • You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction of escalated issues, resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction, retention and loyalty, whilst delivering exceptional support across multiple channels.
  • As the Customer Service Rep, you will track customer interactions, streamline workflows and suggest areas for performance and efficiency improvements to enhance customer experiences and operational effectiveness.
  • Other requirements will involve assisting with onboarding and the training of new staff, as well as reception coverage.
