Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) to Co-Founder and Non-Executive Chairman

Location: Near High Wycombe, United Kingdom

About the Role:

I am seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support a Co-Founder and Non-Executive Chairman at their beautiful family office near High Wycombe. In this challenging and fast-paced role, you will work closely with the Chairman, managing a variety of responsibilities to ensure the seamless operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Administrative Support: Provide proactive administrative assistance, including full management of the Chairman’s personal emails, calendar, filing systems, correspondence, incoming post, and calls.
  • Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare letters, presentations, and materials for events as required.
  • Travel Coordination: Schedule and organise both domestic and international travel plans, including detailed itineraries.
  • Event Planning: Manage arrangements for the Chairman’s family holidays and other personal events.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience working for a Founder or C-level executive is essential.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously in a standalone role within a paper-centric and commercial environment.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and planning abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and prioritise the Chairman’s needs.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Patience and flexibility to manage a reactive and demanding workload effectively.
