Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
This dynamic and expanding mid-sized housebuilder is currently seeking a versatile PA to work closely with one of the Senior Directors. As their PA, you will play a crucial role in streamlining their daily activities, including diary management, organising meetings, handling correspondence, and acting as the first point of contact for their communications.
 
In addition to supporting the Director, this role will see you assisting the site teams with daily site administration, ensuring that operations run smoothly across multiple projects. You will also take on office responsibilities, including ordering supplies and overseeing general office management. Additionally, you will work closely with the Customer Care Manager, arranging diaries and coordinating daily workloads to ensure seamless service delivery.
 
With two active sites and six more planned, this is an exciting time to join a business that is rapidly expanding.
