As a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in family law, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of their department and firm.   • Lead and manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, utilising your in-depth knowledge and practical experience to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, providing empathetic and professional guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to the strategic growth and success of the family law department and the broader firm.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated business development skills with a proven track record of contributing to the growth of a legal practice.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients and the firm.
  • Ambitious and results-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex legal challenges with confidence and efficiency.
  • Proven expertise in handling a broad spectrum of family law matters, from prenuptial agreements to child custody disputes and divorce settlements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor status with a minimum of 5 years PQE in family law.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence in family law practice.
  • An exceptional track record of successful case management and client representation in family law proceedings.
