Our client, a well-established law firm recognised throughout the Chilterns, Home Counties and Thames Valley, is currently recruiting a Paralegal for their Wills, Trusts and Probates Team.

Candidates will have prior paralegal experience, possess fast and accurate data inputting skills, and the ability to manage the Departments file retrieval and archive.

This is a full time office based role.

ROLE:

  • Case Management entry of new matters.
  • Management of filing system.
  • Supporting the Team to gain knowledge and experience.

After appropriate training:

  • Compiling own written communications.
  • Maintaining Case management system.
  • Drafting documentation as required.
  • Preparing reports for clients.
  • Developing knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules.
  • Developing knowledge of case management system.
  • Liaising with clients and professional contacts.
  • Assisting with organizing marketing events and client meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Willingness to help the team with all areas of legal skills and after appropriate training to expand your role within the team.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

£23,000 - £26,000
