My client is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join their team. This full-time role offers £35,000 per year with 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays). Based in Amersham, UK, you will oversee front office operations across multiple luxury hotel properties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations.
What Does the Role Entail?In this role, you will manage Reception, Nights, and Housekeeping teams, ensuring a consistently outstanding guest experience from arrival to departure. You will oversee all bookings and reservations, lead and train the front office teams, and review operational processes to maintain service excellence. Financially, you will monitor budgets and prepare reports to ensure teams operate efficiently. Close collaboration with housekeeping, online reputation management, corporate account oversight, and maintaining Health & Safety compliance are also essential responsibilities. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required.
