IFA Administrator (Financial Advisory Services)

In this role you will be office based Monday to Friday, will assist the advisers with their general admin. This will involve; data entry, chasing suppliers, submitting applications, writing reports, conducting research, general office and client administration. There isn't any immediate progression in the role but the business encourages promotions from within. They will also support you with gaining any exams you may want to sit after a probationery period.

The ideal candidate will be RO1, RO2, RO3 qualifed and either have completed or busy with RO4.You will have worked in a general advisory firm and have exposure to the broad range of tasks involved in supplying a full financial advisory service to clients and have supported advisors in general administration and dealt with client queries over the phone or face to face.

THE ROLE:

  • General financial advisory administration
  • Report writing, conduct research, presentation preparation
  • Maintain and update client files, send letter of authority
  • Client communication via email and phone
  • Powerpoint and Microsoft 365 expereince to a high level

THE PERSON:

  • RO1, RO2, RO3 Qualified and writing of completed RO4
  • Working in financial advisory services
  • Happy to be based on site 09h00 - 17h30 Monday to Friday
  • Wants to grow general advisory knowledge
