Your Next Role – Responsibilities: This rapidly growing £30m contractor is actively seeking a local Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team at the Amersham-based office. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial project-facing role, collaborating closely with project teams on construction assignments across the southeast. Your primary focus will be to enhance profitability across a range of projects, including residential, commercial, and public sector constructions valued between £1m to £5m.
  
In the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved in ongoing projects, learning and working closely with project teams under the guidance of the Commercial Director. Your responsibilities will extend from the office to hands-on involvement at multiple project sites. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities, accelerating your skill development through direct exposure to live projects.
