I am excited to bring to market this fantastic opportunity with my exclusive client based in Ammanford. Due to increased productivity, they are seeking a skilled Commercial Paint Sprayer to join a busy and high-performance team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying a variety of paints to various materials. The Commercial Paint Sprayer must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
  • Select and mix paint colours to match specifications
  • Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun
  • Ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs
  • Monitor drying times and adjust as necessary
  • Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Paint Sprayer or similar role
  • Knowledge of painting techniques and materials
  • Ability to mix and match paint colours to achieve desired results
