You’ll play a key role as Finance Operations Accountant at this successful manufacturing business based in Andover. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll work with a broad range of departments and your input will directly influence how efficiently assets are tracked, refurbished, and deployed. If that sounds like you, we’d love to speak.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the full asset lifecycle, from procurement and refurbishment to deployment and reconciliation
  • Keeping real-time inventory and asset tracking accurate using Dynamics365 and Salesforce
  • Reducing the volume of assets awaiting repair and ensuring stock availability remains high
  • Preparing weekly capitalisation reports and monthly analysis of asset usage and financial impact
  • Liaising with stakeholders across finance, procurement, logistics, commercial and supply chain
  • Analysing refurbishment trends and supporting strategic stock decisions
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Inventory Accountant / Finance Operations Accountant / Financial Asset Manager / Finance Manager
  • To be organised and analytical with a natural curiosity for how things work
  • Confidence working across teams
  • Experience in budget management
  • Comfortable navigating systems like Dynamics365 and Salesforce
