Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00, Standard day off in week
  • Saturday 08:30 - 17:00
  • Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 (rota)

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Identify and develop prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the most appropriate product.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, adapting to the customer’s buying strategy and encouraging test drives.
  • Negotiate price, payment methods, and finance arrangements directly with customers, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, place orders, update customer records, and schedule any additional services or work required before delivery.
  • Follow up each delivery with a personal call to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for future business.
  • Plan and organise your daily selling activities, such as making calls to sales prospects to generate new business.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide seamless service to customers.
