As the new Contracts Manager, you will oversee individual contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll allocate manpower, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare contract programmes, health & safety files, and relevant documentation (knowledge of Microsoft Project is advantageous).
  • Organise and attend pre-contract meetings.
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and project teams.
  • Source additional quotations for materials and manufactured items.
  • Place purchase orders and manage site deliveries (materials, equipment, joinery, etc.).
  • Monitor labour levels and budgets in collaboration with the Contract Surveyor.
  • Attend site meetings and oversee the successful handover of projects, ensuring snagging is resolved.
  • Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
