Our client is a global leading manufacturer and due to expansion are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects and bids. Your focus will be on delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and budgets.- Identify risks and establish mitigation strategies.
  2. Project Execution:- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
  3. Stakeholder Management:- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates.- Facilitate meetings to address project status and resolve issues.
  4. Resource and Budget Management:- Collaborate with senior management to secure resources.- Ensure financial accountability within project budgets.
  5. Risk Management:- Proactively identify risks and maintain a risk register.- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
  6. Quality Assurance:- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and implement process improvements.- Maintain secure and comprehensive project documentation.
  7. Project Closure:- Conduct final evaluations and ensure successful handover to stakeholders.- Capture lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing/sales environment, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
