Duties of the successful Continuous Improvement & Training Officer will involve:
- Ensure that all training programmes & metrics are maintained and incorporate any new processes witting training manuals in a timely manner
- Support health and safety training ensuring that each and every employer is aware of the companies policies
- Give staff inductions training new employees on the companies policies & procedures
- Lead minor kaizen project and monitor effectively
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required experience & characteristics
- At least 1 years' experience working as a training officer for a food manufacturer or food grower
- Confident with a clear & professional communication style
- Six Sigma (yellow below) + train the trainer certificate a distinct advantage
- Live within commutable distance to Andover
- Driven, organised and enthusiastic
