Our client a growing international business is looking for a highly skilled, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role as the primary point of contact for customers while providing essential support to the sales team.

To thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will need to demonstrating confidence, adaptability and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This is a hybrid role following the probation period, with three days in the office and two days from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key contracts and provide dedicated support, collaborate closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to maintain service levels and deliver a seamless customer service
  • Ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly, effectively and with clear communication and fully resolved
  • Accurately process quotes, orders and service requests, collaborating with customers to complete necessary documentation
  • Keeping customers informed of order progress, including any potential delay
  • Assist customers with returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure parts are dispatched correctly or returned for repair

What they are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration, contract management, project management, or sales, preferably within a service or consumable-related field
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting goals and delivering results under pressure
  • Experienced in working with customers and wider teams to ensure timely delivery and effectively manage expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
