Are you an experienced Event Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, is seeking a talented individual like you to join their team! As the Event Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of event operations, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional experiences for clients, students, families, and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring all events are fully staffed

Control bookings of photographers, seasonal staff, and agency staff

Recruitment of event staff

Arrange transport, hotels, flights, and ferries for event staff

Training for event staff

Control procurement and implementation of new systems

Manage day-to-day activities of the Event Team

Requirements:

Experience within large events

At least 1 year's experience supervising or managing a team

Knowledge of procurement processes

Strong communication skills

Highly organised and works well under pressure
