Health and Safety Advisor - Food Manufacturing - Andover

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (some flexibility)

Duties of the Health and Safety Advisor will involve:

• Ensure that all staff & visitors to the factory uphold the health & safety polies of the manufacturing facility
• Review & update all polices ensuring they are in line with current legislation
• Advise on areas of improvement
• Give training to new starters and hold regular reviews on all employees
• Lead the HSE team on stakeholder meetings
• Work with all departments and in particular, the continuous improvement & training teams
• Lead on internal & external company audits

Required experience & characteristics of the successful Health and Safety Advisor

• MUST have current NEBOSH certification
• At least 1 years’ experience working as a Health and Safety Advisor within the FMCG manufacturing space 
• Live within commutable distance to Andover
• Driven, organised and enthusiastic
