The Company

Seymour John are thrilled to be working exclusively with our client based in Andover to secure an HR professional who can support a change management project working as part of this global business.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible to take ownership for the end-to-end implementation of the change processes with your key responsibilities to include:

  • To successfully manage and advise on change processes, including TUPE and redundancy, in compliance with current legislation and requirements.
  • To monitor and review all HR policies and processes, ensuring these are in line with current legislation, kept up-to-date and legally compliant.
  • To guide and direct the implementation plans for the business within the organisation in support of both business and employee relations objectives.
  • Utilise HR procedures and processes to ensure that any business risks are professionally managed and minimised, ensuring that HR is compliant with corporate compliance procedures.
  • Manage complex employee relations casework.
  • Drive the local implementation of all HR Information Systems and support managers and employees to ensure they have the full training and support required.
  • Ensure employees are informed of their rights and entitlements, keeping them up to date on any changes made.
  • Effectively manage, maintain, and regularly audit personnel files.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines.
  • To accurately process leavers, ensuring to advise necessary parties (e.g. IT, pension providers).

Personal Profile

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, with proven experience with change management (TUPE and redundancy). You will have in-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.This role is part-time with the expectation is that you attend the office 3 days a week.
