We are hiring a Senior Depot Lead Engineer to oversee the Repair, Servicing, Maintenance, and Build (RSM&B) of temporary heating and/or cooling systems at our Andover depot. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who can lead a team and ensure all systems meet safety and performance standards. You will be a key player in driving efficiency and ensuring that systems are in top working order to support the needs of the business.

Duties of a Senior Depot Lead Engineer
You will be working as part of the Customer Service and Engineering team, with responsibilities including:
Supervising the RSM&B of heating and cooling systems.
Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
Overseeing pre-delivery servicing to guarantee optimal system performance.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently.
Occasionally providing expert advice and support on field deployments.
Maintaining detailed records of installations, repairs, and inspections.
Conducting safety inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Managing tools and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
Leading team productivity and providing guidance to colleagues.

Skills and experience required for a Senior Depot Lead Engineer
As a Senior Depot Lead Engineer, you will need experience with:
Minimum 5 year's experience on Commercial Boilers (Gas and Oil) and/or Chillers.
F-Gas or Gas Safe certification.
HVAC installation, including engineering project planning.
Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
A valid driving license is essential.
Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.

It would be beneficial to the role if you also had:
A tidy work ethic.
Familiarity with IT systems and software packages.
Previous HVAC experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
