Marble Talent Group are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to work for our client based in Andover.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with customers to discuss heating& cooling requirements upon customers requests.
- On site cooling & heatingsurveys.
- Surveying for transport, inc. HIAB & FLT access.
- Building RAMS & writing installation methods for installing our related equipment for engineers to follow.
- Compiling project related compliance documents for customers.
- Building kit lists for quotes.
- Procuring bespoke equipment for projects.
- Producing program of works (POWs) for projects.
- Full ownership of reactive projects that your name is associated with (RAMS you have built.)
- Finding solutions to problems that might arise during an installation or deinstallation.
- Post auditing of installed projects.
- Supporting the wider business (Sales team and non-technical employees) with your knowledge to help deliver projects as per your RAMS and vision.
- Organised reporting back to the Senior HVAC Technical manager with weekly progress updates.
Requirements:
- Recognized Health and Safety training
- Proven customer satisfaction track record
- Practical knowledge of commercial heating and cooling systems
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems
- Excellent people management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full driving license
- Gas qualification and experience
- F Gas experience
