Sales & Lettings Branch Manager • Andover • 35k Salary • 4k Car Allowance • 70k-80k OTE • Independent Agency • Pathway to Multi Site Management • Our client, an established Independent agent, is looking for an experienced agent to join the business as a Branch Manager to help drive market share and support the day to day operations of the business in this busy and strategic location. You already possess great agency sales &/or lettings experience and are seeking greater responsibilities. Manage and prioritise business opportunities
Motivate and support your colleagues
Drive market share through new listings
Maintain and service the property register
Create excellent stakeholder relationships
Stay aware of the market conditions and offer professional advice
Ensure customers are referred for advice on mortgage and conveyance products

Benefits for this Branch Manager include:

£30,000 - £35,000/pa.
OTE 50k-60k/pa. (Sales or Lettings) or OTE 70k-80k/pa. (Sales & Lettings combined)
