Location: Dumfries and GallowaySalary: £52,000 - £60,000 (Depending on experience)
We are looking for an Experienced Care Manager to join our team in Dumfries and Galloway. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing home care services, with in-depth knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and experience in business development. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage home care services, ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate standards.
- Lead and support a dedicated team of care professionals.
- Drive business growth through innovative strategies and service development.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, maintaining a high level of care and safety.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Care Manager in home care services.
- Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and standards.
- Experience in business development and service expansion within the care sector.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
