Our market leading client is seeking an enthusiastic and an energetic Account Coordinator to join their experienced team in Leicester and further cement their reputation as the market leader and maintain their position as the ‘go to’ company for all their customer needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career minded Account Coordinator as this role, offers long term career prospects with future development opportunities leading from an Account Coordinator to an Internal Account Manager.

As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with sales quotations within a fast paced environment
  • Responding to incoming enquiries
  • Helping customers via incoming calls and emails regarding despatch and delivery
  • Have a conversational approach in developing customer relationships
  • Maintain a high level of customer service ensuring a world class customer experience as a Account Coordinator
  • Maintain processes and managing key accounts effectively
  • Handling finance aspects of the role and issuing credit notes as and when necessary
  • Process customer orders as a Account Coordinator
  • Raising queries on internal database with external customers as an Account Coordinator.

As an Account Coordinator, you will have:

  • Previous experience within the Electrical or electronics industry is highly desirable
  • An enthusiastic and confident personality as a Account Coordinator
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good communication skills
  • A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship
  • Self-driven & motivated
