Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:Manage inbound calls and emails, providing estimates and lead times to ensure high customer service standards.
- Efficient Call Management:Answer all calls within SLA, aiming for first call resolution.
- Service Order Management:Track service orders from logging to completion, updating technician schedules and linking repairs to purchase orders.
- Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed on service order status and spare part delivery.
- Customer Ownership:Provide a dedicated point of contact for service orders.
- Scheduling: Proactively schedule planned service orders for timely completion.
What You Need to Succeed
- Solid experience in customer service
- Competent with MS office especially Outlook and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
