Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable adults with autism and complex needs? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join our clients growing team.

Location: Loughborough/Leicestershire
Hours: 42 hours per week
Salary: Competitive + performance bonus

About the Role:

As a Service Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality, person-centered care for adults (including 16–17-year-olds). You will lead and inspire a team to provide outstanding support, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, CQC standards, and statutory requirements. Your role will include managing staff performance, overseeing support plans, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a positive culture within the service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to provide excellent care and support.
  • Oversee support planning, risk assessments, and ensure person-centered approaches.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (Health & Safety, CQC).
  • Foster strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external professionals.
  • Handle complaints, investigations, and improvements within the service.
  • Manage rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Provide on-call support when required.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of management experience in a relevant field.
  • A valid driving license.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to person-centered care.
  • Flexibility, punctuality, and a willingness to support a positive team culture.
